All home visits - £90 (petrol, parking and congestion charges may be additional depending on location and will be agreed in advance)
All zoom sessions - £75
Phone advice - free of charge whilst we pilot this service
Whatsapp support - complementary whilst receiving treatment (Mon - Fri, 0900 - 1700)
Terms and Conditions
Zanda: Medical Records, Appointments and Payments
We are a paperless organisation. All medical notes and correspondence will be written and stored via Zandahealth.com, a cloud based patient management system (see data storage and privacy policy below).Payments will be online via Stripe.
Cancellation Policy
Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 24 hours notice. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged the full amount, and will not receive any refund. With more than 24 hours notice a full refund will be provided.
For video call appointments please start the login process 15 minutes before the appointment time in case of connection difficulties. An attempt will be made to contact you by phone in the event of a missed video call appointment.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Our staff are committed to providing high quality care for all patients and we will not tolerate any inappropriate behaviour. We reserve the right to withdraw from treating patients who are threatening, abusive or violent. All such acts will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the police.
Data Storage & Privacy
The data provided by you is stored securely by a data centre in the UK and is handled in accordance with the Zanda Global Data Processing Agreement Policy. All medical data is held to meet healthcare compliance regulations.
